This project demonstrates my ability to analyze performance gaps, design outcome-based learning, and align course structure with measurable business goals. The blended learning program was created for Sales Enablement, Implementation, and Project Management teams to strengthen consultative communication and improve customer onboarding experiences. The design applies Gagne’s Nine Events, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Merrill’s First Principles, and Keller’s ARCS Model to create engaging, performance-focused learning that drives real-world results.
